Why Measure Body Fat?

How to Measure for Accuracy

  • Neck: Measure below the larynx (Adam's apple). Keep tape flat.
  • Waist: Measure at the navel (belly button) for men, or the narrowest part for women.
  • Hips (Women): Measure at the widest part of the buttocks.
